There are no feature tiers to decode. Every member gets the whole system from day one, and the only thing you'll ever add is more people or more disk space.

Disk Space For Your Files

Photos, documents and other files you upload are stored on our servers, and every paid plan includes disk space that grows with your team:

• 2 to 5 seats — 75 MB
• 6 to 10 seats — 200 MB
• 11 to 15 seats — 300 MB
• 16 to 20 seats — 400 MB
• 21 or more seats — 500 MB

Need more room? Add extra disk space any time in blocks of 100 MB for $10.00 a month each, with no limit on how many. The records you create in Command Force — customers, estimates, work orders, invoices — never count against it.

Your First Seat Is Always Free

Every company's first seat costs nothing, today and for as long as you're a member. It isn't a trial that runs out. If you're working solo, Command Force is free. The free seat doesn't include file storage, so photo and document uploads start with your first paid seat or an extra disk space block. When you're ready to bring your team on board, you only pay for the seats beyond the first.

Per-Seat Pricing That Rewards Growth

A seat is one person who logs in. The more seats your company has, the less each one costs:

• 1 seat — free
• 2 to 5 seats — $20.00 per seat, per month
• 6 to 15 seats — $18.00 per seat, per month
• 16 or more seats — $16.00 per seat, per month

Your total seat count sets the rate, and the first seat is always taken off the bill. A five-person crew pays for four seats. Where two brackets meet, we cap the price so a smaller team never pays more than a bigger one.

Month To Month, No Long-Term Contract

Membership is billed monthly. There's no annual commitment and no lock-in, so your plan fits the business you're running today, not the one you guessed at a year ago.

Change Your Plan Whenever You Like

Add or remove seats and disk space yourself from your account's Membership screen. When you add, you pay only for what's left of the current month, and your next bill reflects the new total. When you remove, there's no refund for the month you're in; your bill simply goes down from the next billing date.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because billing is monthly, canceling does not generate a refund for the current month. The full details on payments, cancellation and refunds are in the Membership Terms.
